Dandelion tea was wrongly classified as a weed but now it is classified as a herb. The plant is native to the Europe and Asia continent but can now be found in the North and South America continent of the world.

Dandelion tea is made from the flower and root of the dandelion plant; the plant has a yellow-orange color which you can use to identify the plant. Dandelion tea is rich in vitamin A, C, D, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, and zinc which make it useful for losing weight effectively and improve your health. How to Prepare Dandelion Tea and Coffee
